Return & Refund Policy

At Pak Paints, we value customer satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality products and services. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of paint and coatings, most of our products are non-returnable once opened or used. However, we do accept returns under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong item
  • The product was damaged during shipping
  • The product is defective or expired upon delivery

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • The request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order
  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order ID or invoice)

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Opened or partially used paint cans
  • Custom-mixed colors or tinted products
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage after delivery

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, we may issue store credit or request bank account details for a transfer

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you ordered the wrong item, you must return it (if eligible), and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Please email us at info@pakpaints.com within 48 hours of delivery
  • Attach clear photos of the damage or incorrect product
  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund depending on the situation

6. Shipping Returns
